KY-SW1000L/H
Product Description
This unit is an integrated reverse osmosis (RO) desalination system designed for high-salinity seawater working conditions, with a rated water production capacity of 1 ton per hour, equivalent to a daily water output of about 24 tons. It can stably supply drinking water, domestic water and small-scale process water for 100 to 200 people. The complete set adopts the standard technical route of "pretreatment + high-pressure reverse osmosis + intelligent control". Raw seawater passes through multi-stage security filtration, scale inhibition treatment and high-pressure driving, and salt removal is realized through seawater RO membrane elements. The TDS of product water can be steadily controlled below 500 mg/L, which meets the requirements of drinking water sanitary standards.
The unit is designed with the concept of skid-mounted integration and plug-and-play. Mechanical assemblies, electrical control components and process pipelines are highly integrated on one skid frame. On-site installation only requires connection of seawater inlet, power supply and fresh water outlet pipelines for rapid commissioning and operation. It is especially suitable for ships, islands, coastal engineering projects and other scenarios with limited space and tight construction schedules. Every equipment is fully tested with clean water and calibrated for desalination performance before delivery, so customers can start producing qualified fresh water right after arrival.
High-rejection seawater RO membranes are adopted as core components. Under typical seawater salinity of 35000 mg/L, the salt rejection rate can reach more than 98.5%. Combined with precise pretreatment units, suspended solids, algae and colloids can be effectively intercepted, extending membrane service life and maintaining stable water quality for long-term operation.
The system is optimized according to the high osmotic pressure characteristics of seawater. It is equipped with high-efficiency high-pressure pumps and reserved interfaces for energy recovery devices. Its power consumption per ton of water is at the mainstream level of the industry, helping users cut electricity bills and maintenance costs in long-term operation.
Delivered as a complete skid. Pipeline connection and electrical debugging are finished in the factory. After hoisting and positioning on site, commissioning can be carried out immediately, greatly shortening construction cycles and reducing on-site workload, which is ideal for time-sensitive projects.
Equipped with PLC automatic control system, supporting one-key start-stop, automatic flushing, fault alarm and real-time monitoring of pressure and flow. It lowers dependence on professional operators and reduces risks caused by misoperation.
High-pressure pipelines are made of 316L stainless steel. Low-pressure pipelines and frames are made of salt-fog resistant materials with multi-layer anti-corrosion coating. The equipment can continuously run under high temperature, high humidity and heavy salt spray conditions along the coast and at sea.

With the rated capacity of 1TPH and mobile skid-mounted design, this desalination unit serves a wide range of application scenarios:
The equipment is supplied as an integrated skid or containerized unit, supporting flexible transportation modes including road transport, sea freight as required. It can be loaded and unloaded by forklift or crane. The overall skid design takes transportation dimensions and hoisting center of gravity into full consideration. Internal pipelines are fixed and protected before delivery to prevent component damage during long-distance transportation.
After arriving at the site, users only need to connect power supply, seawater inlet pipe and fresh water outlet pipe for commissioning. Normally, 1 to 2 technical staff can complete installation, commissioning and produce qualified fresh water within 1 to 2 working days.

"The skid-mounted unit arrived completely. We finished positioning and water feeding on the same day. The produced water tastes clean and meets the water demand of 200 rooms. The automatic operation is user-friendly, our staff can operate it with one click without full-time technicians on site."
"After installing this 1TPH unit, we no longer need to strictly limit fresh water consumption during long voyages. After three voyages, membrane performance remains stable. No corrosion problems were found on high-pressure pumps and pipelines. Maintenance work is simple."
Our site condition is tough with a large number of workers. This unit is easy to transport and connect. It quickly solved our domestic water shortage. The automatic system gives clear fault alarms and the after-sales support is responsive.
We use this equipment to prepare breeding water. Salinity control is accurate and stable. The survival rate of aquatic products is improved obviously. Power cost is within our budget, much cheaper than purchasing fresh water from outside.
