The 6T/H Containerized Brackish Water RO Plant is a complete brackish water desalination system fully pre-installed inside a standard shipping container, classified as a mobile all-in-one water purification equipment. No dedicated factory building required, with core advantages of hoistable, transportable and rapid relocation. The unit integrates pre-treatment system, high-pressure reverse osmosis host, instrument monitoring, automatic electric control, lighting and exhaust system. The whole machine completes assembly, wiring and hydraulic pressure test before delivery. After arriving at overseas project site, only raw water pipeline and power supply connection are needed for commissioning, greatly shortening on-site construction cycle. It is suitable for temporary, field and decentralized overseas water supply projects. The system features high automation, supports stable 24-hour continuous operation and strong resistance to water quality fluctuation. Specially designed for underground brackish water and high-mineralization water sources, adapting to harsh operating environments in remote overseas regions.

Water Source Type: Underground brackish water, high mineralization surface water; Applicable raw water TDS range: ≤10000mg/L; Inlet SDI＜5, turbidity ≤5NTU, free chlorine＜0.1ppm. The pre-treatment process can be adjusted according to raw water quality to cope with brackish water sources with different mineralization and suspended solids content.
Permeate TDS can be reduced to ≤300mg/L. Treated water meets WHO drinking water standard, available for potable use and process water. Product water conductivity changes dynamically with inlet TDS. Online conductivity meter continuously monitors outlet water quality.
On-site treatment of underground brackish water for overseas mining sites, supplying domestic and process water for mine worker camps and mining operations. The container can be relocated easily as mining face advances.
For remote highway, railway and tunnel construction sites, local brackish groundwater can be used without long-distance water pipeline laying. After project completion, the container plant can be hoisted and reused for next construction site.

Raw water is underground brackish water with TDS 5800mg/L. 6T/H integrated container RO brackish water desalination plant was selected, rated capacity 6 tons per hour. Produced fresh water serves as potable water for mine camp workers. The container plant was shipped directly to local port, hoisted and placed on flat ground of mining area. Only power and raw water pipeline connections were required for quick commissioning. When mining area relocates, the whole container can be lifted and transferred for reuse.
Groundwater in project zone is brackish water with raw TDS 4100mg/L. Client purchased 6T/H containerized brackish water RO plant to supply construction process water and drinking water for foreign workers. Once the highway section finished, the container plant was transported to next work zone for continuous operation, greatly cutting client’s investment for new water supply system.
