Our 3000LPH Two-stage RO Brackish Water System is a professional industrial water desalination solution for medium and small-scale industrial production and drinking water purification. Adopting advanced two-stage reverse osmosis technology, it uses first-stage RO permeate as second-stage feed water, achieving 97%-99% system desalination rate. With 3000L/H rated capacity, it effectively treats groundwater, river water, tap water and brackish water, delivering final effluent conductivity lower than 2μS/cm. This industrial brackish water desalination equipment removes 99% of dissolved salts, heavy metals, colloids, organic impurities, bacteria and viruses via two-stage RO process. Compared with single-stage RO, the two-stage design further improves effluent purity, meeting strict water quality requirements of food, beverage and fine chemical industries. Single-stage RO effluent conductivity is <10μS/cm, while two-stage RO can reach <2μS/cm.
The system adopts one-use and one-standby core component design, supporting uninterrupted 24h continuous operation to fit industrial continuous production needs. It is equipped with full-automatic functions: pre-treatment filter automatic backwashing, auto-stop when pure water tank is full, auto-start when water level is low, realizing unattended operation and reducing labor cost for industrial users.

This 3000LPH industrial RO water purification system is equipped with high-quality core components: FRP pre-treatment filter tanks (multi-media filter, activated carbon filter), high-pressure RO membrane elements, industrial-grade high-pressure pump, automatic control valves, liquid level switches, electrical control cabinet, and U-PVC/stainless steel food-grade piping. Optional components include water softener, UV sterilizer, ozone generator, pH adjustment anti-scale system, and raw/pure water tank.
