Medical and biotech production has strict requirements for ion, microorganism, endotoxin and organic contaminants in water. Even trace impurities may affect experimental results and product safety. Our 500L/H two-stage RO+EDI ultrapure water equipment with full 316 stainless steel hygienic pipeline meets high-purity water standards for biological laboratories, pharmaceutical R&D, reagent preparation and medical analytical testing.
The electronics industry is extremely sensitive to tiny particles, dissolved ions and organic substances in water. Tiny ionic contamination will cause circuit short-circuit, poor conductivity, low product yield or component failure. This two-stage RO+EDI ultrapure water system provides stable high-resistivity water to satisfy precision cleaning processes in electronics production.
For optical lens, optical glass and optical coating workshops, ultrapure water is used for grinding and final surface cleaning. Removing trace ions and particles prevents water marks, fogging and coating defects on optical surfaces, ensuring high light transmittance and stable optical performance.
