Product Description
This 5000LPD (5 tons/day) seawater desalination unit is an integrated packaged skid-mounted machine. The whole machine is pre-installed on a stainless steel mobile frame, equipped with quartz sand filter, chemical dosing tank, high-pressure seawater pump, reverse osmosis membrane modules and automatic electric control panel as shown in the prototype photo. It adopts seawater RO desalination technology, directly converting seawater into drinkable fresh water. All pipelines, valves, pressure gauges and flow meters are pre-assembled before delivery. Factory pre-commissioning is completed before shipment. Customers only need to connect raw seawater and power supply on site to put it into operation quickly without complicated civil construction. Suitable for small and medium islands, offshore platforms, fishing vessels and coastal camps. It stably removes salt, suspended solids, colloids and microorganisms in seawater to produce qualified domestic drinking water.

Adopts special seawater RO membrane with salt rejection over 98%. It directly turns seawater into fresh water meeting drinking standard with minor water quality fluctuation during long-term running.
Skid integrated design. After arrival, only inlet water, concentrated water discharge pipeline and power supply need connection. The unit can be started within short time and greatly cut engineering construction cost.
Instruments are centrally arranged for direct reading of pressure and flow. Standardized spare parts make filter cartridge and membrane replacement easy. Operators can master maintenance after simple training.
Universal casters mounted on frame bottom allow flexible relocation on island camps and temporary offshore work sites. Lockable casters fix the unit steadily to avoid shaking during operation.
High-pressure pipelines and pumps adopt seawater resistant materials to resist chloride ion corrosion and extend the whole machine service life.
The whole machine is reinforced with wooden frame package to protect stainless steel frame, pressure gauges and precision instruments from collision damage during transit. Fragile instruments are separately packed with buffer protection.
Integrated skid unit without mass disassembly for easy loading. Compact dimension suitable for truck land transport and sea freight into standard shipping containers for export.
