Product Description
This 20TPD double stage RO seawater desalination system is a two-pass reverse osmosis seawater desalination plant. Compared with single-stage seawater RO equipment, two-stage RO design can further reduce the TDS of produced water, realizing ultra-low salinity fresh water output. The whole set adopts skid-mounted integrated layout, including raw water pretreatment system, first-stage seawater RO system, two-stage RO polishing system, dosing system and automatic electric control cabinet.
All main frames and pipeline brackets are stainless steel. The equipment is pre-assembled and factory tested. After on-site connection of water pipes and power supply, it can be put into operation quickly. This two-stage seawater reverse osmosis plant is suitable for scenarios requiring higher purity produced water from seawater, stable long-term continuous operation, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
Product Nature
Seawater is pumped into the pretreatment system, transporting raw seawater into the sand filter tank.
Remove suspended solids, sediment, mud, organic impurities, reduce SDI value, protect subsequent RO membranes.
5μm cartridge filter intercepts fine particles. Antiscalant dosing prevents membrane scaling in high salinity seawater.
High-pressure pump pushes seawater through seawater RO membrane, removing most salt ions, heavy metals and microorganisms.
Permeate water from first RO enters second-stage reverse osmosis for deep desalination, further lower TDS to get high purity fresh water.
Final low-salinity fresh water flows out, available for high-standard drinking or industrial process water usage.
