Product Description
This 500 liters per hour seawater desalination RO system adopts advanced reverse osmosis membrane technology, specially designed to convert seawater / brackish water into fresh drinking water. The whole unit is a compact skid-mounted integrated machine, including pre-treatment filter unit, high-pressure seawater pump, seawater-resistant RO membranes, automatic control cabinet, pressure gauges and flow meters.
The machine frame is made of stainless steel, stable and corrosion-resistant. The automatic control system supports real-time monitoring of water pressure, water yield and water quality. It can continuously run 24 hours to produce qualified fresh water, easy to install, operate and maintain. It is a reliable seawater desalination solution for small and medium capacity requirements.
Product Nature
All components are pre-installed on stainless steel frame, factory pre-tested. Only connect water inlet, outlet and power supply on site, no complicated assembly work.
Key wetted parts use seawater anti-corrosion materials. Stainless steel frame and FRP filter tank resist salt erosion, suitable for high salinity seawater environment.
Physical separation technology, no chemical reaction during desalination process. RO membrane intercepts salt ions, heavy metals, bacteria and impurities.
Equipped with electric control panel, automatic flushing function for RO membranes, overpressure protection, low pressure protection to protect the whole system.
