25m³/h 304 Stainless Steel Double Stage Reverse Osmosis Pure Water Equipment

This is a custom 25m³/h double-stage reverse osmosis complete water treatment system. All wetted parts including the main frame, pressure vessels, water tanks, pipes and valves are made of 304 stainless steel. It is an integrated pure water production unit combining pretreatment unit, two-stage RO membrane unit, power delivery unit and automatic electric control unit. Designed for continuous stable water production, it adopts the screening and interception principle of RO membranes to remove salts, colloids, suspended solids, microorganisms, heavy metal ions and other impurities from raw water through two-stage deep desalination, to produce high-purity pure water. With modular layout, neatly arranged pipelines and centralized control cabinet, the equipment can run non-stop for a long time to meet the stable supply demand of large-volume industrial water.

• Modular split structure. Pretreatment tanks and RO mainframe are separated for easy transportation, positioning and later maintenance & part replacement.

The equipment is shipped in split packages. Pretreatment tanks, RO main unit and control cabinet are packed separately. Metal surfaces are wrapped with protective film. Fragile parts like pressure gauges and flow meters are wrapped with bubble wrap. Pumps and control boxes are reinforced with wooden cases to avoid scratches and damage during transit.

Pipe ports are sealed before shipment to prevent dust entering. Both full truck and LCL shipment are available. Technical drawings, electrical schematics, operation manuals and certificates are attached together. After arrival, we can provide remote guidance for unloading, positioning and connection, as well as on-site commissioning service on request.
