KY-RO500L/H
KAIYUAN
Product Description
Quartz sand filter + activated carbon filter + softener (optional) + iron/manganese filter + precision security filter, progressively intercepting suspended solids, colloids, residual chlorine, and hardness ions, building a complete defense for RO membrane elements and extending membrane life.
PLC or microcomputer controller monitors inlet water pressure, membrane pressure difference, conductivity, and liquid level in real time, featuring low-pressure protection, high-pressure shutdown, automatic shutdown in water shortage, and full-water standby functions, enabling continuous and stable water production even without human intervention.
The main unit, pump set, membrane housing, and electrical control cabinet are integrated into a carbon steel powder-coated or stainless steel frame, resulting in a compact layout, small footprint, and easy handling and maintenance within the workshop.
Membrane elements, filter cartridges, and filter media all adopt industry-standard specifications, allowing users to purchase and replace them from any channel globally, freeing them from being tied to a single supplier.
An online conductivity monitoring instrument is installed at the outlet, providing a clear view of pure water quality, and the data can be integrated with enterprise management systems.

Five-stage treatment for guaranteed water quality
Reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system is a widely‑used industrial water purification equipment. It adopts RO membrane separation technology to remove salt, colloid, suspended solids, heavy metals, bacteria and microorganisms from raw water. RO systems are popular for drinking water production, food processing, factory water supply, brackish water and seawater desalination and many other commercial & industrial applications. A full‑set RO plant follows a complete and standardized working flow.
Raw water is first pumped into the pretreatment section. The raw‑water pump pushes water through multi‑media filters to trap sand, rust and large suspended particles. Next, activated carbon filters absorb residual chlorine, organic substances, color and odd odors in water. After that, water passes through cartridge security filters to catch fine particles. Pretreatment plays a critical role to protect RO membranes from scratches and blockage, which directly decides the whole system’s long‑term stable performance.
Pretreated water is pressurized by high‑pressure pumps and fed into the RO main unit. High working pressure is essential for reverse osmosis operation. Under pressure, water molecules pass through RO membrane sheets to become purified product water. Salts and contaminants cannot penetrate the membrane and are discharged as concentrated reject water. Online sensors continuously monitor product‑water conductivity, working pressure and flow rate to show real‑time water quality.
The system is equipped with an automatic cleaning module. When contaminants accumulate on membrane surfaces after long‑time operation, auto‑flushing cycles wash away fouling layers. This effectively slows down membrane fouling and extends membrane service life. Concentrated brine can be recycled for secondary use to improve water utilization rate.
Every stage, from pretreatment to membrane separation, is engineered for stable output
Frame, membrane housings and piping in 304 stainless steel, integrally welded — elegant appearance and rugged durability, ideal for food and pharmaceutical applications with high hygiene requirements.
Equipped with a dedicated ROC reverse osmosis controller: automatic start/stop, timed flushing, low/high-pressure protection and water shortage shutdown — no operator required.
FRP multimedia filter combined with activated carbon filter effectively removes suspended solids, residual chlorine and organics, providing qualified feed water for the membranes and extending membrane life.
CHINT breakers and contactors with neat wiring and standardized layout — safe, reliable and easy to maintain.
Feed/permeate pressure gauges, dual rotameters for permeate and concentrate, and an inline conductivity meter — water quality and flow at a glance.
The high-pressure pump set features multi-stage centrifugal boosting with low-pressure start and high-pressure shutdown protection, preventing water hammer damage to membranes.
