KY-RO20T/H
KAIYUAN
Product Description
The 20T/H Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis System is a large‑scale complete brackish water desalination water treatment unit based on reverse osmosis membrane separation technology. It is specially developed for underground brackish water, saline‑alkali well water and surface water polluted by salt. The complete system integrates pretreatment unit, security filtration unit, reverse osmosis main unit, post‑treatment disinfection unit and PLC intelligent control unit. The equipment removes salt, heavy metal ions, colloidal suspended solids, bacteria and microorganisms from high‑salinity and high‑hardness brackish raw water and converts it into qualified purified water.
Manufactured in accordance with national and industrial standards including CJ/T119‑2000 Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment and GB 17324‑2003 Hygienic Standard for Bottled Purified Drinking Water. Customized solutions are designed according to customers’ actual water sample test reports. Both sanitary‑grade and ordinary industrial‑grade processes are available. Cold‑water operation and hot‑water disinfection versions are optional. It supports floor‑standing installation or customized container skid‑mounted design for outdoor sites without workshops. Most wiring and pipeline pre‑assembly are finished in factory, only water and power connection is required on‑site, which greatly shortens installation and commissioning time.
Raw Water → Raw Water Booster Pump → Multi‑media Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Softener / Scale Inhibitor Dosing System → Precision Security Filter → High‑pressure Pump → First‑stage RO Host → pH Adjustment Module → Pure Water Tank → UV Sterilizer → Microporous Filter → Water Consumption Points. For higher water quality requirements, second‑stage reverse osmosis process can be upgraded to further reduce permeate salinity.

Product-Teatures
Optimized pretreatment combination handles fluctuation of salinity and hardness in brackish water. Stable qualified permeate is maintained without rapid performance degradation.
High‑efficiency RO membranes and brackish‑water dedicated high‑pressure pumps optimize energy consumption. Automatic flushing reduces chemical consumption. Low failure rate and long service cycle of consumables bring low comprehensive OPEX.
Industrial‑grade key components are adopted. The whole unit complies with national water‑treatment standards with anti‑corrosion treatment for saline‑alkali environments, suitable for harsh field and mining‑plant conditions.
Custom engineering solution based on customer water‑quality reports. Additional manganese‑sand filtration or defluorination units can be added for raw water with high fluoride or iron‑manganese. Skid‑mount container version is available for mobile water‑supply and field construction sites.
24‑hour technical response and lifetime maintenance service. On‑site commissioning, troubleshooting and operator training are provided to guide daily equipment maintenance.
Product Applications
This 20T/H brackish water RO system treats brackish groundwater, saline‑alkali well water, mine drainage water and source water affected by seawater intrusion.
Centralized water‑supply renovation for villages and towns in saline‑alkali regions, converting bitter well water into domestic usable water.
Process water for brewing, beverage, dairy and fermentation, complying with food‑production hygiene requirements.
Process make‑up water for mines and factories, boiler feed‑water pretreatment.
Water supply for large‑scale farms and planting bases for saline‑alkali source‑water improvement.
Large‑scale centralized water‑purification stations, pre‑treatment for bottled & barreled water production.
product‑transport
The complete equipment is divided into multiple packages: pretreatment tanks, RO main skid, electric control cabinet, filter media and auxiliary accessories. Standard floor‑standing unit is packed with reinforced wooden frame. Stainless‑steel pipe joints are well protected against collision and scratches. For container skid‑mount version, all components are pre‑fixed inside standard container for full‑truck direct shipment.
Large‑size units are delivered by full‑truck logistics; scattered accessories are packed in wooden cases. Meters and pumps are securely fixed before delivery. Technical guidance for unloading, hoisting and positioning will be offered to prevent damage to precision meters and RO membranes.
Customer A (Northwest Rural Water‑supply Project): After commissioning, the bitter well water is greatly improved in taste. 20 tons per‑hour capacity meets domestic water demand of the whole village. Fully‑automatic operation requires no round‑the‑clock operator. Water‑quality meters show clear readings for easy maintenance. After‑sales support responds quickly.
Customer B (Food Processing Factory): This brackish‑water RO system works perfectly with local saline‑alkali groundwater. Stable effluent meets food‑grade water requirements. Sanitary stainless‑steel pipelines facilitate cleaning. Reasonable system recovery improves water utilization and cuts production water cost.
Customer C (Mining Enterprise): The equipment performs well under harsh mining‑site conditions with reliable anti‑corrosion performance. Technical support provides fast solutions when issues occur. The built‑in CIP cleaning unit avoids frequent membrane removal and reduces downtime significantly.
Customer D (Container Skid‑mount Project): We selected the integrated container version. No workshop building is needed. It can be put into service simply by connecting water and power, ideal for temporary water supply at remote construction sites.
