Product Description

This is a complete set of water purification system with reverse osmosis membrane separation technology as the core, rated capacity of 3000 liters per hour. Raw water passes through multi-media filtration, activated carbon adsorption, softening and security filter step by step. Driven by high pressure pump, the RO membrane intercepts salt, heavy metals, colloids, bacteria and organic matter efficiently, and produces purified water with low conductivity.

The whole machine adopts skid-mounted integrated structure. The stainless steel frame supports filter tanks, membrane housings, pipelines, valves, pump unit and control cabinet. Customers only need to connect raw water inlet, power supply and drainage pipe to start operation, no complex civil construction required. The compact design saves installation space. It can work independently or be combined with UF, EDI, UV sterilization to make high purity water or ultra-pure water.

The system is compatible with tap water, groundwater and surface water. Output water meets requirements of food processing, farm irrigation, town water supply and general industrial water, which is a reliable water solution for medium and small water consumption projects.

Product Shipping & Packing

We adopt export standard packaging for long-distance transportation. The whole skid is fixed inside fumigated wooden case or steel frame. All pipe ports are sealed to prevent dust and water. Membrane elements and electrical components are packed separately with moisture-proof package.

The dimension and weight are optimized for 20GP /40GP container loading. It supports sea freight and land transport. Before delivery, each machine will pass pressure test and function inspection. We supply packing list, operation manual and QC report together with goods.

We provide remote video guidance for installation and commissioning. On-site engineer service is available upon request with extra cost.
