Product Description
This single stage RO water treatment system is designed to reduce hardness, remove suspended solids, chlorine, organic matter and TDS from raw water. The system consists of pre-treatment filters, an automatic water softener, security filter, high-pressure pump, RO membrane housings, control panel and instrument monitoring unit.
With integrated skid-mounted design, the equipment is easy to install, operate and maintain. It is suitable for industrial production water, boiler feed water, food & beverage processing, manufacturing process water and brackish water treatment projects.
Corrosion-resistant fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks for multimedia filtration, activated carbon filtration and water softening.
304 stainless steel skid frame with strong mechanical stability, anti-rust performance and long service life.
UPVC or stainless steel piping, high-pressure centrifugal pumps, pressure gauges, flow meters and automatic valve assemblies.
The built-in water softener removes calcium and magnesium ions, reducing scaling risk and protecting RO membranes from fouling.
Single stage reverse osmosis technology achieves high TDS removal, producing stable permeate water for industrial applications.
Automatic backwash, regeneration, pressure protection and system shutdown functions reduce manual operation intensity.
